Most of us get excited when we see our devices receiving new software updates and for users of the LG Tribute HD on Sprint, there’s something to smile about. The carrier is now rolling out a new update to the device that has been around close to two years now.
The update is hitting the LG Tribute HD as software version LS676ZVB and like others before it, it’s airborne. This means it will take some time, probably a week, before every unit gets the OTA notification to download the update.

Although waiting for the download notification is the easiest way, you can as well try doing it manually by heading to the device’s Settings menu, but of course, this doesn’t guarantee you access to the download file right away.
