Lenovo launched its last flagship device back in the last quarter of 2013 which is available in the market as Lenovo Vibe Z K910. This flagship device came with a snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and coupled with a 2 GB RAM and a 5.5 inch Full HD display. The Chinese manufacturer seems to push the specs battle to another level now with its next flagship device. The leaked images and specs of the next flagship of Lenovo shows the specs battle is still On.
Dubbed as the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro, the device seems to give a tough competition to the giants like Samsung, HTC and LG. The specifications and some first looks of the Vibe Z2 Pro are leaked in the wild and the device seems spectacular, provided the leaks are true (which seems to be true from the device’s pictures). Lenovo hasn’t officially confirmed the device but the leaked images shows that the device is definitely Dual-SIM supported. This isn’t much new, as the manufacturer already launched several Dual SIM devices.
Coming to the first looks of the device, the rear of the device shows a metallic body which is an upgrade when compared to the current flagship of the company. The device is sleek and measures a 7.7 mm thickness which will be very handy. The device is offering a 16 MP camera sensor which is located at the top left on the back of the device. The camera is paired with a dual-LED flash and also comes with Optical Image Stabilization technology which gives you more picture clarity.
The Vibe Z2 Pro sports a monstrous 6 inch QHD display (2560 × 1440 pixels) which results in a high resolution display with pixel count of around 490 ppi. The screen will be one prime factor for the company to boast off as limited companies are planning to offer a 2K display on their devices. The hardware of the device include a Snapdragon 801 processor which is clocked at 2.5 GHz which is also an improvement to current flagship of the company. There is no information on RAM and storage and we have to wait till further leaks or official announcement. But we expect the RAM will be 2GB or more considering the Vibe Z k910 specifications.
Other specifications of the device include the support of NFC and a mammoth 4000 mAh battery which will power this monstrous device. There is also a clear indication on the top right of the device’s front that the device supports 4G connectivity. There is no word on the Operating system that is pre-installed on the device, but we expect it would be Android 4.4.2 KitKat as every manufacturer is now launching devices with KitKat pre-installed.
There is no Official statement or announcement on the release date of the device but looking at the photos in the leaks, the manufacturer is ready to bring the next flagship real soon. So be excited for the next flagship of Lenovo.
