Galaxy S3 LTE Jelly Bean update arrives in South Korea

The Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE in South Korea was perhaps the best version of the Galaxy S3 when the device was launched in mid-2012, as it sported a quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, and LTE connectivity as well, bringing the best of both the US and international variants. Now, the South Korean Galaxy S3 is set to become even better, as Samsung has begun updating it with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

We all know the advantages Jelly Bean brings to the table – faster performance, smoother interface, redesigned notifications that allow one to perform actions right from the status bar, the information cards based Google Now, auto resizing widgets on the homescreen, faster browsing, improved accessibility, and much more.

Expect the update to be available over the air very soon, and also via Samsung’s Kies software. Has any of you in South Korea received the update yet?
