Galaxy Note 8 specs revealed via AnTuTu benchmark, sports 6GB RAM, SD 835 and Android 7.1.1

After GeekBench, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has landed at AnTuTu benchmarking site. Although nothing new comes up in the AnTuTu Galaxy Note 8 listing, it does confirm some of the past specifications.

The listing shows Galaxy Note 8 running Android 7.1.1 Nougat, which of course will come with a layer of the company’s custom skin on top. Further, the device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with Adreno 540 GPU for graphics. This will be hooked on to a 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, reveals the listing.

Notably, Samsung will release Galaxy Note 8 in two variants. The US model will come with the Snapdragon 835 SoC while other markets will get the Note 8 with Exynos 8895 SoC.

The AnTuTu listing also throws light on the camera department, which is going to be the main highlight of the Note 8. The listing shows 12MP rear camera and as we know that Note 8 will be the first Samsung device to come with rear dual sensors, we believe it will be of 12MP+12MP resolution. At the front sits an 8MP selfie shooter.

All the Galaxy Note 8 specifications as revealed by AnTuTu totally fall in line with past leaks and GeekBench listing. This is one of the most awaited devices of 2017 and Samsung too is placing a high bet on it given the fact that its predecessor Galaxy Note 7 didn’t augur too well for the Korean giant. Whether Samsung will be able to save its face by churning out a safety prone high-end device, we will get to see soon as the Galaxy Note 8 is scheduled for a release later this month.
