Huawei might be pre-occupied with the ongoing Android ban, but the company is still busy rolling out new software updates to its devices, the latest targeting the Huawei Watch GT.
Arriving over the air, the huge software update brings some juicy additions to the wearable. Up there is the ability to set a lock screen background and always on display (AOD), which can also be scheduled via System > Display > Advanced settings.
The update also brings a new feature that turns off the screen when it’s covered, improves the accuracy of heart rate measurement and fixes known bugs.
The update has software version 1.0.8.34 and weighs 3.22MB. Check out the full changelog captured in the screenshots below.
