AT&T HTC Desire 610 receives update (1.54.502.16) that’s still not Android 5.0/5.1

If you are using an HTC Desire 610 at AT&T, no matter how keenly you are waiting for the Android 5.0 or 5.1 update to arrive, you ain’t got any just yet. For, a new update that’s making way towards your Desire 610 is a security update, sized just about right at 61MB.

The software version of your HTC Desire 610 after the update will be 1.54.502.16, but it will be still running Android 4.4.4 KitKat as usual. Because there are ore than one Desire 610 on earth, let us clarify that the update belongs to AT&T HTC Desire 610, which goes by the model no. 0P9O110.
