T-Mobile Shows Strong Q4 Financial Results, Leaves Sprint Behind

The nation’s fourth-largest wireless carrier T-Mobile posted strong financial results in its latest Q4 and Yearly earnings report. T-mobile reported that it brought in 2.1 million net customers in the Fourth Quarter alone, including 1.3 million branded postpaid net subscriber customers. Throughout the year 2014, T-mobile claims to have earned 8.3 million customers in total, which indicates an 89 percent increase from 2013.

T-mobile President and CEO John Legere admitted that 2014 was the best year of growth in company history. Their Un-carrier moves had helped them stand out of the crowd. They also hope for the best in 2015.

Reporting revenues up by 19.4% YOY in fourth quarter and up 13.1% YOY throughout 2014, T-mobile will strive in to add more customers with its Un-carrier incentives. While T-mobile has the potential to attract customers, this was the seventh quarter in a row in which it brought in more than 1 million net new customers.
