T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge receiving March security update

T-Mobile is currently seeding new security updates for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Note Edge. The updates are available over the air and is being released gradually.

If you’ve got a T-Mobile locked Galaxy Note 4 or Note Edge, then you should receive the update soon. The carrier hasn’t added the update details to its online support page yet, but users have started to get the update.

The update is a minor one and only installs the March Android security patch, which means that we definitely recommend you to install it. The build number for the Note 4 is N910TUBS2DQC1, whereas the Note Edge build number is N915TUBS2DQC1.

Before downloading and installing the update, make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and has more than 50 percent charge. You can also check for the update manually by launching Settings app on your device and navigating to About device > Software update.

  1. This will probably be the last update the Note Edge and Note 4 gets.

I wish they would update my Note Pro 12.2, the slowness of updates is totally atrocious ! Come on Samsung!
