After Galaxy J3 2017, another J-series smartphone has paid a visit to US certification site FCC. The Galaxy J7 2017 bound for T-Mobile has received clearance from FCC hinting at its imminent launch on the Magenta carrier.
The FCC has listed the Galaxy J7 2017 as model number SM-J727T where ‘T’ is synonymous with T-Mobile. Further, a week back FCC gave certification to AT&T bound Galaxy J7 2017 as well, clearly revealing that Samsung plans to launch the phone in the US via several carriers.
This 2017 iteration of Galaxy J7 is expected to be launched with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, which is clearly a welcome step from Samsung endowing a mid-ranger with the Nougat software. It is reported to sport 5.5 inch HD display and will be powered by Exynos 7870 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with Mali-T830 GPU.

The Galaxy J7 2017 will pack in 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. There will be an 8MP rear camera installed at the back while the selfie shooter will sport 5MP sensor.
Samsung is also about to release Galaxy J3 2017 which has also been spotted on various certification cites inducing FCC. Thus, after launching the 2017 avatars of Galaxy A-series phones early this year, Samsung has kept the tradition running with the J-series as well.
