Some Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Specs confirmed thanks to benchmark listing

Samsung seems in no hurry to stop milking customers on the Galaxy name and really, why would they after their devices continue to sell like hot cakes? If you thought the Galaxy S4 is the only sequel coming to a Samsung device, think again, as the existence and some specs of the 3rd version of the Galaxy Tab 7.0 have been confirmed thanks to a GLBenchmark benchmark listing.

A device with the model number P3200, which continues from P3100 aka the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, is listed on the popular benchmark website. A screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels is mentioned, while the CPU is a 1.5GHz one of unknown make and model and has a Mali 400 GPU for graphics processing. The third generation Tab 7.0 will be running Android 4.2.1, which is the latest version of Android currently available and is yet to be seen on any non-Nexus device.

With the Mobile World Congress coming up this month, we can expect Samsung to show off the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (and the Galaxy Note 8.0 as well). Affordable pricing and respectable specs have resulted in the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 selling quite well, so there’s no surprise Samsung is looking to launch its successor this year.

What do you guys think? Is there room in the market for another 7.0 tablet or are the available options right now are enough?
