Managing the score of any game while playing it can be a demanding task. Especially when you have a cool Android phone in hand and don’t think it’s cool to use papers for scores anymore. After all, papers are for old men and women, and moreover, the players are supposed to be concentrating on the game, and not the paperwork! Enters Score It.
Score It is a beautifully designed app to keep track of the scores of your games. Gone are the days of using pen and paper to write scores after each turn, and adding them all at the end of every game, where one tiny mistake could bring friendships to an end, or at least the game!
Score It uses a simple counter to help you add points to the final score as they are collected. It lets you add up to 5 players per game and manage each of their scores in a very efficient manner. Every new point is automatically added to the total, which means no hefty calculations at the end of every game too!
Score It supports automatic scoring for 3 French cards games, Belote, Coinche, and Tarot, so if you’re playing one of these, you can directly add the players’ names and start playing, without the need of any additional hassles. You can also view the players’ scores and compare them with the use of graphs, which is another nifty feature (needed too, for the analysis of the game).
The app has a beautiful UI, and the translucent status bar blends in very nice with the Holo design of Android. It is available free of cost on the Play Store, along with the added bonus of no advertisements.
