Samsung starts working on Galaxy A3, A5 and A7 2018

Samsung Galaxy A 2018

The Galaxy A 2017 line (which includes the Galaxy A3, A5, and A7) is only 5 months old and the company seems to have already started working on the next-gen Galaxy A (2018) series.

All the three handsets in the line will definitely receive improvements in specs but that’s something we know specifically just yet. What we do know based on the rumors is that the upcoming Galaxy A line handsets will get a dual curved display akin to the one seen on Galaxy S line handsets.

So far, most of the Samsung devices upwards of Rs. 20,000 have always shared a common design (for the most part) — the one that can be seen on the flagship Galaxy S line.

Moreover, the dual curved display design has been around the corner for a while now. It’s about time Samsung introduces it to the company’s mid-range handsets, Galaxy A line in this case.

Besides, the production cost of dual-edge displays should also decrease by 2018 which should assist the company financially as well.

All said, don’t expect the bezel-less design to debut to mid-range Samsung handsets anytime soon. It should take a year or two (or even more) from now for that to happen.
