Samsung Seeking Ban of iPhone 4S in France and Italy

Only recently Samsung tried to settle the account with Apple regarding the ban of Galaxy tab 10.1 tablets in Australia. But, Apple refused to settle and didn’t allow Samsung to sell the Tab 10.1 there. Now, it looks like that left Sammy angry and it wants it revenge — and for that matter, it just filed complaints to seek ban of Apple’s latest phone, iPhone 4S announced only yesterday, in two countries: France and Italy.

Really — it’s becoming hard to keep track of where Apple has sued Samsung and where Samsung has sued Apple. Moreover, it’s getting dirtier day-by-day.

The latest complaints by Samsung are based on infringement of Samsung’s WCDMA standards and 3G-enabled patents, for which Samsung said this:

Apple has continued to flagrantly violate our intellectual property rights and free ride on our technology. We believe it is now necessary to take legal action to protect our innovation.

Lets see how far these two go before holding on to their chest and say — let’s stop! it’s getting over the head now.

Btw, Samsung is in the celebration mood after the announcement of iPhone 4S left any many people — iOS fans, android fans (some of them) and even the media guys — utterly disgusted and unsatisfied. And guess what, comparisons emerged between Galaxy S2 and iPhone 4S nearly everywhere on web, which only revealed that Galaxy S2 is the better of two. We told you it’s the best android phone, but we can it’s world’s best phone — pretty easily!
