Samsung Galaxy S4 Lollipop update rolling out in India

Samsung had released the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to Galaxy S4 LTE-A variant (I9506) last week, and before that to I9500 variant in Russia. And now, the company is rolling out the Lollipop update to Galaxy S4 users in India today.

The Galaxy S4 lollipop update brings a whole new UI experience for the Galaxy S4 users, bringing the material design goodness of Lollipop to Samsung’s TouchWiz UI and a whole bunch of new features like multi-user profiles, guest-user mode, screen pinning, trusted device support and many more.

Galaxy S4 Lollipop update is rolling out as an OTA and it sizes about 990MB. To check for the update manually, head over to your phone’s Settings » About phone » Software update and hit check for update button.
