Samsung Galaxy S3 in Canada gets Price drop, 16 GB goes free on 3 year contract

The Samsung Galaxy S3 has gotten a price drop in the Canada on four carriers – Rogers, Bell, TELUS or Virgin Mobile – and is now available for free, if you’re willing to sign a three year contract with either of the carriers.

The Galaxy S3 sports a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor (quad-core Exynos outside the US), 2GB of RAM, a beautiful 4.8″ Super AMOLED HD display, 16/32GB storage expandable via microSD, 8 megapixel and 1.9 megapixel front and back cameras, 4G LTE connectivity, 2100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and while three years may be a bit longer than the usual two year contracts, the Galaxy S3 is a worthy device specially when you don’t have to pay anything upfront.
