Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Update brings the Multi View feature to UK and France

Samsung has started rolling out an update for the Galaxy Note 2 enabling the multi view or say multi window feature for the device.

This new feature was recently demonstrated in a video by Samsung along with bunch other things the Galaxy Note 2 could do. Samsung has heavily invested their efforts in TouchWiz lately to give the Galaxy series users a better smartphone experience from other Android manufacturers.

The different variants of Galaxy Note 2 worldwide may come with these new features pre-installed, especially those which are launching late.

Anyway, as of now we’ve got firmware updates for Galaxy Note 2 from France and the UK with the following name — N7100XXALJ1. The updates are available via Kies also so you can chose to update from there as well. On the side note, Kies itself was updated today with a refreshed UI, maybe you would like to check it out.

We’ll have a step-by-step guide available shortly for those of you who prefer to flash new firmware updates using Odin. Till then enjoy the video below demonstrating the Multi View feature of the device:

Update: The step by step guide is ready along with download links for the firmware ┐
