Samsung recently sent out a teaser for a new Grand smartphone launch in India with the tagline, “The Grandest Ever, Coming Soon” and got the Samsung fans bouncing on their feet. As the image in the teaser resembles the leaked images of the Galaxy Grand 3, there are many obvious speculations that the device is in fact, the Galaxy Grand 3.
According to some media reports, the speculated device will most likely be launched this week and will be available for sale on Snapdeal.
According to the leaked images, the smartphone will be thinner and lighter than its predecessor, with dimensions of 146 x 74.8 x 7.95 mm and will weigh about 140 grams. Previously reported specs of the device includes a 5.25 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and will be powered by a 1.2 GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 1.5 GB of RAM. Also, it is expected to feature a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera with 16 GB internal storage (expandable with microSD card) and will be running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat or (maybe) Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
