Look like Optus Australia users of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will have to wait a little longer to get the Android 7.0 Nougat update. According to Optus Australia, Samsung has withdrawn the update due to a critical issue.
The carrier had been testing the Nougat update for the S7 and S7 Edge and were supposed to release it in early March. Now, due to the update being withdrawn by Samsung, the release could be delayed.
The unlocked and international variants of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have already received the Nougat update in several regions. Most recently, we learnt that Rogers Canada will soon be releasing the update for its users. Other US Carriers have also been testing the update, and users can expect to get the update in March.
Optus Australia is also testing the Nougat update for the HTC 10 and is very close to releasing the One M9 Nougat update as well.

I have the SM-G930FD international model and received the 7.0 update several weeks ago. Just the last week I have been losing service intermittently.Sometimes it comes back on its own or other times I need to search for mobile netwoks in settings and re-register my carrier(optus).This doesnt always work either, it is very frustrating.My partner has the same model phone running 7.0 with no issues. anyone else have problems?
