Fancy the Edge Contacts and Edge Apps features on Galaxy S6 Edge Plus? Well, thanks to user Androidwizzard at xda, you can now get both the Edge screen specific features on your Galaxy Note 5 as well.
Edge Contacts allow you to swipe from the Edge screen to quickly access favorite contacts and Edge Apps allows you access favorite apps. These features can function just fine without an Edge screen, but of course Samsung needed something to prove worth of the Edge screen other than its beauty, and hence the exclusivity to S6 Edge devices only.
Anyway, this MOD will enable both Edge Contacts and Edge Apps on your Note 5 as well, accessible via the Edge option under device settings.
Grab the MOD file (recovery flashable) from the download link below and flash it using TWRP recovery without wipe of any sorts.
Note: Before you install this MOD, make sure you’ve a Deodexed ROM installed on your Note 5. Otherwise your device may end up in a bootloop.
