All may not be pleasant with an Android Nougat update. That’s what happened to Nexus 6P users who updated their phones to Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS, only to learn that their Nexus 6P is acting weirdly when trying to connect via Bluetooth. Well, their woes should end soon.
Google has acted on the issue and has now marked the issue as ‘FutureRelease’. Which basically means that the development team has fixed the issue internally and that it will be available in a future build.
So this means that Google will release the Bluetooth connectivity fix via software update to the operating system, which would probably hit us on February 5-6, along with February security patch, as has been the case with monthly Google updates.

This wasn’t the only bug doing the rounds after the Android update. There were reports pouring in from Nexus 6 users about a speakerphone problem after updating to the latest Android OS. Google has not released any statement in this case howsoever.
