Nexus 10’s 300 PPI display used to compare Google Play and Print edition of magazine

The Nexus 10 sports a display with a high pixel density of 300 PPI, higher than any other tablet, which is sure to make it one of the best tablets around for browsing and reading when it launches on November 13. However, many won’t believe it till they see the display with their own eyes, so  of Google has posted a couple of pictures comparing magazines on the Nexus 10 with their real-life counterparts, and the result is nothing short of stunning.

As you can see from the image above (and also the one below), there’s almost no visible difference between the virtual and real versions of the magazines, with the text on the Nexus 10 remaining perfectly legible, and the page being displayed almost perfectly. Apple may have everyone under their spell with their Retina display on the iPad 3 (or new iPad, or old new iPad, or whatever it is called now), but there is no doubt that in the 10-inch tablet category, the Nexus 10 will be the tablet to beat when it comes to clarity and viewing experience.
