Samsung India has launched the latest edition of Samsung Gear VR in India. The new Gear VR comes with a controller as well. Although the price is not unknown, we are expecting it to be INR 9,999.
The new Gear VR is more comfortable and easy to use. It also features a foam cushioning that blocks light from seeping in, thus providing an amazing experience.
All thanks to the VR controller, which acts as remote controller helping you to navigate through the virtual reality with utmost ease. You can also use the controller as a gamepad.

Powered by Oculus, the VR now supports more than 700 apps and the number is increasing rapidly. It weighs 345 grams with FOV of 101 degrees.
In case you are wondering about the compatibility, the Samsung Gear VR works fine with the premium Galaxy devices viz. Galaxy S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge, Note5, S6 edge+, S6, and S6 edge. Further, it supports both USB Type C and Micro USB.
