Motorola Razr M approved at FCC, global release date nearing

The Motorola RAZR M is already available in the United States (as the Droid RAZR M), and was also announced for Japan as the Razr M 201M with an end of October release date. For those in other countries waiting for the RAZR M, the device may soon be nearing its global release date as it has gotten the approval of the FCC.

The RAZR M sports a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 4.3″ qHD (540×960) Super AMOLED display, 8 megapixel rear snapper, VGA front camera, 8GB storage, microSD card slot, 2000 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (with an update to Android 4.1 promised by end of 2012).
