The Motorola RAZR HD has been launched in Mexico exclusively on Telcel’s 4G LTE network, making it the first 4G ready smartphone to be released in the country. Until November 21st, customers will be able to purchase the RAZR HD for free on Telcel’s 1000 Plus Plan (24 months).
