The Motorola RAZR HD – one of the devices announced by Motorola lately after their merger with Google – might be launching in Europe at the end of this month, as FrAndroid reports that both Orange and SFR will be offering the RAZR HD in late September, though the pricing info isn’t yet available.
The pricing for Germany however had been officially announced by Motorola to be  €549 (~$719), so we should see similar off-contract pricing in other countries of Europe.
The Motorola RAZR HD features the following specs:
- 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 4.7″ HD 720p display
- 8MP rear camera
- 16GB internal storage (expandable via microSD)
- Android 4.0 (update to Android 4.1 coming before end of year)
- 2,500 mAh battery
