Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD Price might be $299 on 2-year contract

With great battery power, comes great price. That is something those looking to buy the Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD for its bigger battery will probably be saying, as according to a leaked image of the device’s product listing, it will be priced at $299 for a 2-year contract on Verizon.

The RAZR Maxx HD doesn’t really lack in specs though, so combined with a giant 3300 mAh battery, the $299 price might not be too much to ask for. The RAZR Maxx HD is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4.7″ Super AMOLED display (720p), 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, 1.3 megapixel front camera, 32GB of internal storage with support for up to 32GB microSD cards, 4G LTE connectivity, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (update to Android 4.1 by the end of 2012).

So what do you think? Grabbing the RAZR Maxx HD no matter what the price or going to wait a while for the price to drop? Do let us know in the comments.

  1. For current Razr Maxx owners, it’s a steep price for just a display upgrade. The CPU bump is negligible and the Jelly Bean is planned for the Maxx, as well. That said, I’m eligible for an upgrade and I’ll be buying the Maxx HD. I’m hoping the build quality is a little better, though. And that there’s no “grip of death”. *crosses fingers*
