MOGA Game Controller now available at AT&T

Remember this nifty little device from that hilarious commercial we had written about a couple of weeks ago? The MOGA Game Controller is now available at AT&T across more than a thousand AT7T stores, as well as online. If you’re  planning on walking into an AT&T store to pick up a new Android phone, perhaps the Galaxy Note 2 or a shiny new Galaxy S3, you can also pick up a MOGA controller while you’re at it. It can also be purchased from other retail outlets such as Best Buy, Walmart and Toys”R”Us, as well as from Amazon.

The MOGA is a Bluetooth gaming controller with dual analog sticks, four actions buttons, and shoulder triggers like on an XBOX 360 controller. It is the first full featured gaming controller, developed specifically for mobile devices. With the free MOGA Pivot app, which can be downloaded for free from the Google PLay store, you can browse a selection of games which are tailored for the MOGA experience. There are a lot of top game development biggies including Gameloft, Atari, Namco Bandai and SEGA who are committed to developing MOGA enhanced games. A few popular games, which are already MOGA compatible include The Dark Knight Rises HD, N.O.V.A. 3, Sonic CD & Death Rally. With so much interest from development studios, you can be sure that the list will just keep growing, and fast.

The MOGA controller is priced at $50, and is compatible with all devices running Android Gingerbread 2.3 or higher. If you’re a die-hard mobile gamer, and feel that touch-based controls sometimes get in the way of what could otherwise be an immersive gaming experience, then MOGA is the way to go. Carmageddon is coming soon to Android, and I’d rather be driving using the MOGA. What about you?
