LG X400 launches in Korea, will come as LG K10 2017 globally

LG has announced the LG X400, which is known as the K10 2017 globally, in its home country of Korea. The low end budget smartphone should be available for purchase on the 15th of this month via three major carriers.

The company had announced the LG X300 last month, which is another budget smartphone. The X400 belongs to the same series, but is sold as the K10 2017 elsewhere. The K10 2017 was announced in December last year.

The device boasts a 5.3 inch 720p display, a MediaTek MT6750 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13MP rear camera, and a 5MP front camera. The phone is backed up by a 2800mAh battery and also features a fingerprint scanner at the back. It comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

The pricing for the LG X400 is said to be between 200,000 won and 300,000 won. According to an LG spokesperson, the X series of smartphones is for those who don’t want to buy the upcoming LG G6. This is the second X series smartphone launched this year, and before the launch of the much awaited G6.
