LG V30 to feature Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM and LG’s own OLED panel

A rumor on Weibo has brought to our attention that the upcoming LG V30 may feature the company’s own OLED display panel. In addition to that, the rumor also suggests that the device may feature Snapdragon 835 and 6GB RAM which seems apt for a smartphone of this caliber.

The OLED panel, in fact, turned up last week in another report, so there is a good probability of seeing this become a reality. The above specsheet is also expected as the V20 was also a top notch device when it launched.

Previous leaks also revealed the V30 sporting a display similar to the flagship G6. The noticeable difference here is that the G6 featured a LCD panel making it lag behind the likes of Samsung, which has a wide array of AMOLED panel toting devices.

‘Galaxy Note 8 display will be larger than Galaxy S8+’

LG has been having a great 2017 already with the evident success of the G6. But what people really want to see is the LG V30 releasing with Android 8.0.0 out of the box. LG did surprise us after all when they V20 beat even Google to Nougat. If the company intends to continue this feat, it will surely add to the already growing fame of the company.
