No Android 7.0 Nougat for Sprint LG Stylo 2 yet as another 6.0 update released (LS775ZV5)

Sprint has announced a new update for the Stylus 2, with the software version being LS775ZV5. The update is rare technical one, as it provides support for drivers for ‘Second Source LED’ via its software. It’s not Android 7.0 Nougat but if you own the device, we’d 100% recommend you to get the update.

Announced only some six months ago, back in April 2016, the LG G Stylo 2 is a pretty decent phone with adequate RAM and processor, okay-ish display, and a stylus. If you don’t wanna spend big, it was a good choice, more so if you wanted stylus badly, and didn’t want to spend big on Samsung’s premium offerings like Galaxy Note 5.

Style 2 Nougat update release

Well, the device will should be receiving Android Nougat update from LG and Sprint, even though there is no official word available on it yet.

With 2GB RAM and Snapdragon 410 processor, the Stylo 2 can run Nougat effortlessly, provided LG keeps its UI in good shape because that thing can make even the best processors out there perform like novice.

Usually, we tip the unofficial gateway for the Nougat update for many a devices, like Galaxy Note 4, Nexus 4 and Nexus 5, but even the custom ROMs are absent from the scene for the LG Stylo 2.

So, LG is your only source of Android Nougat update guys!
