Korea to get a Limited Edition Galaxy Note 2 Flip Cover

On the eve of Hangul Day, Samsung has announced a new, limited edition flip cover for its Galaxy Note 2 smartphone. Hangul Day, also known as the Korean alphabet Day is a national commemorative day, marking the invention and proclamation of ‘hangul’, which is the native alphabet of the Korean language.

The new Galaxy Note II Flip Cover with Hangul design will be released in the company’s home market- South Korea, with only 1009 units being made available. The Hangul Design flip cover is said to be available for purchase starting today.

The flip cover has been designed by Korea’s leading fashion designer Lee Geon-Maan, and comes with Hangul marks that represent innovation and creativity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II comes with a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED 720p display, a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, an 8MP shooter with full HD video recording capabilities, and Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform loaded.
