One of the most promising Android Tablet, the Huawei Smakit S7 was showcased by the Company at the ongoing event, CommunicAsia 2010. Thanks to cnet, we have some neat and clear screen shots along with some spec highlights that you are really wanted from day one.

The confirmed specs of the Smakit S7 include:

  • Android 2.1
  • 7 inch screen 800 x 480 / 16:9 touch screen
  • Wi-Fi 802.11 n
  • 3G
  • HD Video
  • Hi-Fi audio player
  • Web browser (with required plugins)
  • Kick-stand in the back
  • Front facing camera, too.

That leaves its 1Ghz processor unconfirmed as of now, but hey! we know a thing about event to be held for dear tablet on June 24, where we hope we’ll have remaining details (including pricing and availability across world) fully settled.

While no concrete word on size is there, it’s said that it equals three iPhones put together and will surely gonna cost way less than Apple’s iPad. Also, it features telephony functions (maybe over VoIP), which makes sense for the presence of two dedicated call buttons. Moreover, you can expect two models of the Smakit S7 since we have learned that Wi-Fi is indeed, optional. That’s it, enjoy the pics and video.

Finally, Android gets the much hyped 7 inch delight. Are you in?
