Huawei has been laying a significant emphasis to their imaging department with their latest P10 series and now their latest piece of tech, a tripod selfie stick with a camera shutter button has cleared FCC.
The gadget will probably include a slot for battery and besides the obvious camera button, measuring at 24mm x 36mm x 8.5mm the stick will be small and thin enough to fit inside your pocket.
The selfie stick market caught the notice of OEM’s due to their cheap production costs and a large margin that accompanies it. With companies like Huawei and Oppo already into the fray, it will be interesting to watch how Huawei creates a unique identity for itself.
The tripod selfie stick should start production soon enough and having already cleared FCC, don’t be surprised if you see the stick around you in a few months.
