Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus benchmarks now available

Huawei’s latest mid-range phone, Enjoy 7 Plus, has been officially unveiled last month in China. The benchmark results for the phone have appeared on benchmarking site Geekbench giving us a fair idea of its performance.

The Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus scores 642 points for the single-core test whereas it scores 2867 points in the multi-core test. If compared to the scores of other devices, this Huawei smartphone with a Snapdragon 435 SoC with a 3GB RAM lags far behind. For example, Nokia 5 with a Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM had earned a single score of 681 and a multi-score of 3299, despite carrying comparatively downgraded internal hardware.

Again, another mid-range phone the Sony Xperia XA1 clocked in 858 points for the single-core test whereas it scored 3577 points in the multi-core test, which is way more than the Enjoy 7 Plus scores. But then, we need to remember that these number may or may not translate to the real world performance accurately.

For the uninitiated, the Geekbench scores show how quickly a chipset performs certain tasks. The higher the score, the better the chipset’s performance is.
