HTC is all set to release a high-end smartphone in the last quarter of this year and it was lately speculated that this device could be called the HTC Aero. But, this does not seem to be the case as the latest reports suggest that this device could be an intermediate one.
Now, the entrusted Twitter bound leakster tips that the HTC Aero will not belong to a device new lineup that is disappointing. It was assumed that the Aero will be launched in the Q4 as a high-end device, but the source claims that this device will belong to the One lineup and that it will be an intermediate device.
The Aero is said to be launched on the carrier Sprint, but it is not clear if it will be exclusive to the carrier or if it will be a local version of the global smartphone. It is also claimed that the HTC Aero will be following the M9+ and hence, we can expect a successor or an alternate version of the One M9+ or the flagship One M9.
We will have to wait for HTC to reveal more details about the Aero as the information we have is only based on speculations.
