How to Send, Receive and Request money ($$) using Email on Gmail Android app

send request recieve money gmail app

Google has finally brought its wallet integration to the Gmail Android app, as the same was available in the web since 2013. With the wallet integrated into the Gmail app, you can now send, request and receive money within the Gmail app itself.

You don’t have to leave the Gmail app at all. Moreover, you can send money from your Gmail address to any email address; it doesn’t have to be a Gmail ID. On top of that, the service is completely free.

Not only that, you don’t need to have Google Wallet installed on your device. And if you are wondering about the received money, the recipient can configure to receive the money directly into their bank account. Amazing, right?

However, the feature is only available on Android devices in the U.S as of now. FYI, the web version allows users in UK too , to send, receive and request money.
