How to Root Google OnHub

If you’ve purchased the new Google OnHub router then here’s some good news for you, the folks over at exploitee.rs have achieved root access on the OnHub router.

The root is achieved by flashing a custom firmware on router. The folks haven’t published the full root guide yet in text, but you can follow the whole procedure on the video linked below.

The custom firmware image used to root OnHub is available at the download link below, write the image to a 4GB+ USB drive using any image writer program of your choice.
