How to Remove S Finder and Quick connect Buttons from Galaxy Note 4

Some of Samsung’s TouchWiz stuff is nice, like the quick toggles in the notification shade, however the S Finder and Quick connect options are simply not needed and is a waste of screen heritage for most users.

Thanks to HDxDaniel over at XDA who made this quick recovery flashable MOD for the Galaxy Note 4 that removes the unnecessary S finder and Quick connect buttons from the Notification shade with an easy flash from any custom recovery.

Before you proceed and install the MOD though, we’d recommend you to backup your existing “SystemUI.apk” file to have safe side to revert back to should anything go wrong. You can locate the SystemUI.apk file at the following location on your device:

/system/priv-app/SystemUI/

To install the MOD, just grab the RemoveButtonsMOD.zip file from the download link below and flash it via any custom recovery of your choice. No wipe of any sorts required.
