Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides receive update bringing many editing features

The regular users of Google Docs, Sheets or Slides have good news as there are interesting updates that will make your work easier. Google has officially announced updates to these three applications and claims that these updates will bring some quality of life improvements while editing the files on mobile device.

As per the statement made by Google, users can now edit the document, spreadsheet and presentation titles from the overflow menu found in the top right corner of the app. This way, it becomes very easy, simple and quick to rename the files.

In the Slides app, users can change the layout of the existing slide to one of the several predefined layouts. This way, one can update the presentation on the mobile device easily and more effectively.

Users can reply to the comments when working in Office Compatibility Mode in the Docs’ app. The suggestions and comments will pop up in the Comments panel in the order that they were made instead of getting listed as comments and suggestions.

Google will be rolling out the update to the aforementioned devices in the coming days gradually. You might have to wait to use the new features.
