The web interface of Google can now be customized further as Google has added several new themes for the users to choose. The firm has added some new emoji as well to its interface. There will be numerous new images that can be chosen as the background and some of them are captured by Googlers themselves.
After finding the right image, you can use the editing tools that Google has provided to make the image look better with your messages. The editing tools included are text background, vignette and blur that let you make the image look better with your inbox.
Moreover, Google has added emoji for almost all the occasions. With these emoji, you can express how you feel even when there is no word to type in your email.
These updates with be rolled out to the users of Gmail in phases in the next few days. Even if you do not receive the update right now, you will get them in a couple of days or two.
