Galaxy S7 Nougat update with build DQA1 under testing, could be final release

It looks like the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Android Nougat update could be released very soon. According to a developer, a new S7 build DQA1 is being tested internally by Samsung. This could be the final version of the Nougat software update.

As you already know, the beta testing for the Galaxy S7 Nougat program has ended. Therefore, the DQA1 build could be the final release candidate. Samsung was originally supposed to release the stable Nougat update for the S7 and S7 Edge by the end of last year. However, that did not happen.

The developer hasn’t provided any details whether this test build is based on Android 7.0 or on Android 7.1.1. He also mentioned that a beta build ZQA1 has been tested internally, but will not be released. No ETA on when the final build will be available. But, it will definitely be released in January, and it would be sooner than later.
