Galaxy S7 Edge Nougat update rollout begins in Asia, UAE firmware available [build: G935FXXU1DQAS]

Samsung has started seeding out Android 7.0 Nougat update to Galaxy S7 Edge units in Asia and UAE. The update arrives as build number G935FXXU1DQAS and brings with it all the goodies of Android Nougat including enhanced stability and improved features.

In case you are yet to receive the OTA update, you can manually check for it by heading to Settings » About device » System updates and download the latest update available. It’s as easy as that.

Samsung is also working on pushing out the Android Nougat update to other devices as well. Recently, we spotted the leaked firmware build numbers for the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, C9 Pro, C7 (2016), C5 (2016), and Note 5 online. This means that soon these devices will be lucky enough to receive the latest Android Nougat OS.
