Galaxy Note 2 Release Date confirmed for US — it’s mid-November

Samsung has decided not to wait for the supposed Galaxy Note 2 event on October 24th and has announced that the device will be available on US carriers T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular by mid-November. Pre-orders at US Cellular are already available, and the other carriers should start the pre-orders soon as well.

Marking the debut of the LTE-capable Exynos quad-core processor (1.6GHz) in the U.S., the Galaxy Note 2 will come with 2GB of RAM, 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD 720p display, 16GB internal storage expandable with microSD, 8 megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording, 1.9 megapixel front camera, 3100 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s TouchWiz UX. The enhanced S Pen comes along as well, allowing to “express yourself through content creation,” with exclusive apps for use with the S Pen. Multitasking is also more intuitive, allowing the use of two different apps on the screen at the same time with the Multi View feature.

We’ll let you know about the pricing and when the Galaxy Note 2 goes on pre-order on T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. Meanwhile, those interested can pre-order it from U.S. Cellular by following the link below.
