Galaxy Note 2 launched in South Korea by Samsung

Samsung has launched the Android 4.1-running 5-inch Galaxy Note 2 in South Korea. The Galaxy Note 2 is slated for release in the international markets in October, but Samsung have unsurprisingly favored their home country and released the device there quite early.

The Galaxy Note 2 sports a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 5.5″ Super AMOLED HD display of 720p resolution, 2GB RAM, 8MP and 1.9MP rear and front cameras respectively, a 3100 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, as well as toting a new and improved S Pen stylus.

The Galaxy Note 2 will also be going on sale in the UK next week, and is up for pre-order in the US and India. No pricing info for the device in South Korea is available for now.
