Galaxy J7 Prime

Samsung is rolling out a new software update to Galaxy J7 Prime. The update brings the latest monthly security patch to the mentioned device and is being rolled out over the air as we speak.

The update arrives as build number G610FDXU1AQG2 and installs August security patch. It also tags along regular bug fixes and system enhancements.

As is the case with OTA updates, it may take a while to appear on your device. In case waiting is not your thing, you can check for it manually by heading to Settings > About device > System updates. However, ensure that your handset is at least 50 percent charged and connected to a WiFi network before installing the update.
