Asus released its ZenFone 2 lineup in India via its exclusive online partner Flipkart in the last week. Over 25,000 units of the smartphone were sold by the retailer in the first flash sale after its release. Especially, it is the high-end model in the lineup with 4 GB of RAM that is gaining a lot of traction among consumers.
Now, it seems like Flikart will soon be selling a new version of the ZenFone 2 in India. Well, the 128 GB variant of the ZenFone 2 has been listed by the e-commerce portal for a pricing of Rs 29,999 and it is stated that the device will be “coming soon”. Interested buyers can pre-register for the ZenFone 2 from Flipkart and the retailer will notify you when the device is in stock.
As Flipkart managed to empty the stocks of ZenFone 2, Asus has announced that it will refill the stocks sometime in the middle of this month. For normal users, the ZenFone 2 with 64 GB of expandable storage support should be sufficient. The 128 GB variant is only for those users who have tons of media and other content.
