Although Andy Rubin’s Essential Phone was up for reservations straight away, there was no word on when the phone will actually be shipped. It seems like we are not very far from the day as the company has already started confirming the reservations.
Essential is sending an email to customers who registered for the Essential Phone saying “We’ve saved your spot in line. Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email to complete your order.”
Again, the company didn’t reveal the exact date just yet. But, the above email can be considered a hint indicating that they will ship the product very soon.

Andy Rubin launched the Essential Phone last month along with a couple of modular accessories. The smartphone packs a powerful set of specifications which puts it directly in competition with the likes of Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6, and the HTC U11.
