It has only been a few days since Google began to ship Nexus 5X to the folks who pre-ordered it earlier this month, and we already have the TWRP recovery officially from TeamWin for the device.
Nexus 5X TWRP recovery just rolled in over at TeamWin’s official repository for TWRP recovery. And since this is coming officially, it’s absolutely fully functional.
You can grab the Nexus 5X TWRP recovery from the download link below and simply flash it via Fastboot. However, you’ll need an unlocked bootloader for that so make sure you unlock the bootloader first (follow the links below for help).
