I’ve to admit I was pretty convinced that Google would roll out Android 4.4.3 at Google I/O on this 26th June, but my belief trashed away with today’s surprising release of Android 4.4.3 for all Nexus (KitKat supported) devices. There are not much visible changes to the Android 4.4.3 update that we’ve discovered yet, except for the new Dialer and People app.
This new dialer and people app has the same UI that we saw in leaks a couple of months ago. A blue bottom bar, white background for dialpad and contact tiles.
You can see the UI yourself on your current Android phone that’s running on Android 4.4 KitKat by downloading the Google Dialer APK from the link below. But you won’t be able to make calls using the Android 4.4.3 Google Dialer app as it’ll force close upon trying to do so.
Install the Google Dialer APK normally like you’d install any other APK file. For help, check out our guide on How to Install APK files on Android.

Google Dialer not showing in app drawer?
If you don’t see the Android 4.4.3 Google Dialer app in your app drawer, you need to create a shortcut to the Google Dialer app manually on your phone. Use a custom launcher like Nova/Apex/Action launcher to create shortcuts from app activities.
Select the first Phone activity from Google Dialer that reads ‘com.android.dialer.DialtactsActivity‘. Check the screenshot below:
