Looking for the Marshmallow update for your Galaxy Mega? Well, even though Samsung will not release the big Android 6.0 update for your device, you can still run Marshmallow update on your Galaxy Mega thanks to custom ROMs provided below.
These are unofficial updates, and are based AOSP code Google shares with the world. Thus, these updates come with Stock Android UI (in place of ugly TouchWiz UI of Samsung), and look, work and feel like Nexus devices.
To install, you will need to install a custom recovery like TWRP first. Once you have TWRP, read the instructions at the bottom of this post for help with installation.
If you want to uninstall the ROM and go back to Samsung ROM, just install the firmware back on your device.
The Galaxy Mega CM13 ROM shared below is on great choice to begin your Marshmallow adventure with.
